The story behind the photo:

Valeri, 16 years old and her sister Victoria, 3 years old,are the sons of Victor the chief of the compound where the radioactive metals are recycled. they live in Kovalivka, a contaminated village situated 5 km from the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone.
